Uche Maduagwu, Obi Cubana

Uche Maduagwu, a self-acclaimed Nigerian actor has stated that Igbo billionaire, Obi Cubana should have invested in the youths in his community, rather than throwing wads of cash for his mother’s burial.

The Anambra state businessman had become an internet sensation after hosting a lavish burial for his mother in the state.

Uche Maduagwu has taken to his social media page to condemn the act as he suggested that granting Oba youths scholarships abroad with the money which was sprayed would have been a better option.

Uche added that Obi Cubana’s late mother would have been more pleased if he had used half of the money to sponsor a scholarship programme for the youths of their community.



He Wrote;

”Dear Obi, your great mum would be so proud of you if you used half of what dem spray for Oba into giving many scholarship to the youths of Oba town to study abroad instead of spraying money in the air.

 You do not need to be their governor to give back to the society and people. If you be billionaire give scholarship to thousands in oba, let that be the inspiration and talk of the town and make your mum smile #oba #anambra
