Top Nigerian singer Adekunle Gold has reportedly lost his father to the cold hands of death

Report reaching us state that top Nigerian singer, Adekunle Gold has lost his father to the cold hands of death. Adekunle’s dad, Prince Hakeem Adeyemi Kosoko, was said to have given up the ghost on May 27 after battling a strange illness.

It was gathered that Prince Kosoko was ill for a long time and was flown abroad for proper medical attention. After spending over a month at the hospital, he returned to Nigeria where he was gradually recovering until he lost the battle to death. While he was alive, he worked diligently as the Permanent Secretary of Education District 4 In Lagos.

Reports claim that a teacher who works under Mr Kosoko’s district in Lagos revealed that his death was announced to the teachers in Education District 4 on May 28. The cause of death remains undisclosed.

Gold is yet to speak on his father passing on social media but many fans have expressed support and offered condolences to him at this difficult time.

Meanwhile, singer Simi has taken to her Instagram page to show off her wedding bands after months of getting married secretly to her lover, Adekunle Gold.
