Super Eagles defender,  Abdullahi Shehu and his wife, Kannywood actress,  Naja’atu Muhammad Suleiman, are overjoyed as they have welcomed their first child, a baby boy.

The 29-year-old, who currently plays for Cypriot First Division side Omonia, took to Instagram to announce the good news with fans.

Sharing a lovely photo with his wife, the proud father wrote: “We are thrilled to announce our baby boy, mother and baby are in good health. We thank Allah!

We were blessed with the arrival of our son this morning.

We appreciate your prayers”
