Cardi B Sentenced To Community Service Over 2018 Brawls At Strip Club

American rapper and songwriter Cardi B was sentenced to 15 days of community service after pleading guilty to her role in the 2018 assault of two strip club employees.

The WAP rapper on Thursday pleaded guilty to assault and reckless endangerment charges in connection with a fight she had with two sisters at a New York City strip club.

According to sources, Cardi B suspected one of the sisters was having an affair with her husband, Offset.

On different occasions, Cardi B orchestrated attacks on the sisters, who were bartenders in the Angels Strip Club in Flushing, Queens.

In addition to the 15 days community service sentence, the court handed down a three-year protection order for the sisters on Thursday.

“Part of growing up and maturing is being accountable for your actions,” Cardi said in a statement sent by a representative after the hearing. “As a mother, it’s a practice that I am trying to instil in my children, but the example starts with me.”
