Social media users are reacting to a video of popular Nigerian singer, Temitope Adekunle popularly known as Small Doctor, rocking female heels.

In a post shared by Small Doctor via his Instagram page, he could be seen wearing designer trousers and other accessories.

This, however, leaves his fans with many questions; some suggesting his intention to dabble into crossdressing.
