Nse Ikpe-Etim and wife, Clifford Sule

Nigerian actress, Nse Ikpe-Etim and her husband, Clifford Sule are celebrating their 9th wedding anniversary.

In a post on Instagram on Tuesday, the 45-year-old uploaded a video which captured loved up moments with her husband.



“9 years with you and a lifetime to come. Happy anniversary to us,” she wrote.

Celebrating her wedding anniversary in an Instagram post in 203, Nse stated that she did not know their relationship would last this long and that there were times they “just wanted to down tools.”

she added that she was glad they held on to each other despite the challenges.



“I am glad we held on tighter regardless of all the elements, we let our love prevail. 7 years hasn’t been easy, it’s been pure work and commitment…I love the past (all of it) and can’t wait for the future,” she wrote.

Nse Ikpe-Etim and Clifford Sule got married on February 14, 2013, at a Lagos registry.

A traditional wedding ceremony followed in her hometown in Akwa Ibom State.
