In an exclusive chat with The Nation, the BBNaija 2021 alumni discussed the myth of a perfect life on social media, fans’ pressure, and how he’s managing to stay out of controversy.

Yousef Garba, the Big Brother Naija ex-housemate has revealed that living up to fans’ expectations is one of the major challenges he has continued to face after participating in the reality TV show.

In an exclusive chat with The Nation, the BBNaija 2021 alumni discussed the myth of a perfect life on social media, fans’ pressure, and how he’s managing to stay out of controversy.

“One of the most challenges things after featuring in BBNaija is the pressure from fans, what people are expecting from you, what the fans are expecting from you,” he said.

On how he is managing fans’ pressure and criticism, the reality TV star said he’s still tasting the water.

“The new life has been great. I’m still trying to know the public and I want to be my better self by keeping my standard, always being hungry to do more work, and grabbing opportunities that come your way all the time.”

Continuing the 29-year-old teacher and model said, “I’m just going with the flow and always be positive and stay away from negativity. I’m just doing my things, trying and keep a good relationship with other housemates and celebrities, making my contact as well as staying out of trouble.
