Toke Makinwa, a well-known on-air personality and actress, has given advice to women on how to spot relationship red flags.

She used her verified Instagram stories to emphasize the fact that attempting to be helpful to the wrong person is one of the relationship’s warning signs.

When their ideals are not respected, Toke Makinwa advised women not to place the blame on themselves and instead to move on.

She wrote: “You can never be good enough for the wrong person. So if they don’t see your value, Don’t blame it on yourself just move on”.
